Responsibilities
- Develop and implement trauma-informed intervention plans for complex cases involving children, families, and vulnerable adults
- Lead multidisciplinary case conferences and collaborate with healthcare providers, educators, and legal professionals
- Supervise junior social workers through mentorship and performance evaluation
- Design and deliver community workshops on mental health literacy and crisis prevention
- Analyze program outcomes using data-driven methodologies to enhance service delivery
- Advocate for systemic policy changes through research and stakeholder engagement
- Maintain compliance with CAS standards, provincial legislation, and ethical guidelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) with specialization in clinical practice or child welfare
- Minimum 5 years post-MSW experience in direct service delivery and program management
- Current registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers (OCSWSSW)
- Certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
- Advanced proficiency in case management software (e.g., Cvent, ServiceNow)
- Demonstrated success in grant writing and budget management for social programs
- Fluency in French or another language spoken in Toronto's diverse communities
