Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for clients facing complex socioeconomic challenges
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and crisis interventions in high-stakes environments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including therapists, lawyers, and housing specialists
- Advocate for policy changes through community organizing and legislative outreach
- Train and mentor junior staff on trauma-informed methodologies
- Maintain meticulous documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from CSWE-accredited program
- LMSW/LCSW license with 3+ years post-licensure experience
- Expertise in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care
- Proven success in navigating complex social service systems
- Advanced data analysis skills for outcome measurement
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
