Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients facing complex psychosocial challenges
- Lead crisis intervention protocols and provide trauma-informed counseling to diverse populations
- Coordinate multidisciplinary case management involving healthcare, housing, and legal systems
- Design community outreach initiatives addressing systemic inequities in underrepresented neighborhoods
- Mentor junior social workers through clinical supervision and professional development
- Analyze program outcomes using data-driven methods to enhance service efficacy
- Forge strategic partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and healthcare providers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from CSWE-accredited institution
- NYS LMSW licensure with minimum 4 years clinical experience
- Proven expertise in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care methodologies
- Demonstrated success in grant writing and program development
- Advanced knowledge of NYC social services infrastructure and resource networks
- Certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Motivational Interviewing
- Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams and performance management
