Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-wide security architectures and protocols.
- Monitor security alerts and manage incident response workflows effectively.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security best practices into the DevSecOps pipeline.
- Stay abreast of the latest threat landscapes and cybersecurity trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or Security Engineering role.
- Advanced knowledge of SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, ELK Stack) and NDR solutions.
- Strong proficiency in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CISM are highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python/Bash) for automation.
