- Develop comprehensive security frameworks aligned with NIST and ISO 27001 standards
- Conduct proactive penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across hybrid environments
- Mentor junior engineers through security architecture reviews and knowledge sharing sessions
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in security architecture roles
- Certified CISSP, CISM, or OSCP with active maintenance
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and zero-trust implementation
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, CrowdStrike, or similar enterprise security platforms
- Proven track record of reducing MTTR by 40%+ in previous positions
- Strong background in regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
- Master's degree in Cybersecurity or equivalent technical field
