Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end security architectures for hybrid cloud environments
- Lead incident response protocols including threat hunting and forensic analysis
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments for critical infrastructure
- Develop security automation tools using Python and Terraform
- Maintain compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers and establish security best practices
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity with 3+ years in cloud security (AWS/Azure)
- Certified CISSP, OSCP, or CCSP required
- Expert knowledge in network security, zero-trust architecture, and SIEM platforms
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and security automation
- Experience with container security (Docker/Kubernetes) and IaC tools
- Strong background in threat intelligence and threat modeling
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to stakeholders
