Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade security solutions (SIEM, EDR, firewalls)
- Lead red team engagements and vulnerability management programs
- Develop security automation using Python and Ansible
- Conduct incident response and forensic investigations
- Mentor junior engineers on security best practices
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 standards
- Present security briefings to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ in security engineering
- CISSP, OSCP, or GIAC certification required
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proficient in threat intelligence platforms (Mandiant, Recorded Future)
- Experience with container and microservices security
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and attack vectors
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's in CS or related field (MS preferred)
