Responsibilities
- Architect and implement enterprise-grade security frameworks (Zero Trust, NIST CSF)
- Lead incident response for critical breaches using SOAR and SIEM platforms
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across hybrid environments
- Develop security automation using Python/Ansible for threat detection
- Mentor junior engineers on secure coding practices and threat modeling
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Present security metrics and risk assessments to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in architecture roles
- Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, or OSCP required
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container environments
- Hands-on experience with SIEM (Splunk/QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Strong background in threat hunting and malware analysis
- Experience with compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
- Ability to translate technical risks into business impact
