Responsibilities

- Lead incident response operations, coordinating cross-functional teams during security breaches
- Conduct advanced penetration testing and vulnerability assessments for complex cloud environments
- Develop and automate security monitoring solutions using SIEM tools (Splunk, Sentinel)
- Establish security governance frameworks aligned with NIST and ISO 27001 standards
- Mentor junior security engineers and drive security awareness initiatives
- Research emerging threats and proactively implement defensive countermeasures
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity with 3+ years in leadership roles
- CISSP, CISM, or OSCP certification required
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerized environments
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Bash for security automation
- Deep knowledge of network security protocols and encryption technologies
- Experience with DevSecOps integration and CI/CD pipeline security
- Proven track record of designing security solutions for high-traffic platforms
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex security concepts to stakeholders
