Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust security architectures across cloud/on-premise environments
- Lead incident response and threat hunting initiatives using SIEM and EDR tools
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments for critical systems
- Develop security automation solutions using Python and DevSecOps practices
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior engineers and drive security awareness programs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in security engineering roles
- Expert-level knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and network protocols
- Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, or OSCP required; GCSP preferred
- Proficiency in security automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Python)
- Experience with threat intelligence frameworks and MITRE ATT&CK
- Strong background in zero-trust architecture implementation
