Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust security architectures across cloud/on-premise environments
- Lead incident response for sophisticated cyber attacks (Ransomware, APTs)
- Develop automation tools for vulnerability management and threat detection
- Conduct penetration testing and security assessments for critical systems
- Mentor junior engineers and establish security best practices
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Present security findings to C-level executives and technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in hands-on security engineering
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerized environments
- CISSP, CISM, or OSCP certification required
- Advanced knowledge of SIEM, IDS/IPS, and EDR solutions
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Proven track record in threat hunting and incident response
