Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade security architectures across cloud/on-prem environments
- Lead incident response efforts for sophisticated cyber threats including APTs and zero-day exploits
- Conduct proactive security assessments and penetration testing of critical systems
- Develop automation frameworks for security monitoring, vulnerability management, and compliance
- Mentor junior engineers and establish security best practices across development lifecycle
- Represent security in cross-functional initiatives including DevOps transformations and M&A integrations
Qualifications
- 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with 3+ years in security architecture roles
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container orchestration security
- CISSP, CISM, or OSCP certification required; GIAC certifications preferred
- Proven track record leading security incident response (CSIRT experience)
- Deep understanding of threat intelligence frameworks and MITRE ATT&CK
- Experience with SIEM implementation (Splunk/Symantec) and EDR solutions
- Strong background in secure coding practices and DevSecOps integration
