Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-wide security architectures including cloud-native and hybrid environments
- Lead incident response operations for sophisticated cyber threats using SOAR platforms
- Conduct advanced penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across complex systems
- Develop security automation solutions using Python, Ansible, and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers and establish security best practices across DevOps pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to embed security-by-design principles
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in security architecture or engineering leadership
- Certifications in CISSP, OSCP, or AWS Security Specialty required
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerized environments
- Strong background in threat hunting, SIEM implementation, and IDS/IPS systems
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python/Bash) and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Demonstrated experience building security automation frameworks
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate risk to technical/non-technical stakeholders
