- Develop security automation frameworks using Python, Terraform, and cloud-native tools
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior engineers and establish security best practices across engineering teams
- Stay current with emerging threats and contribute to threat intelligence initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity with 3+ years in security architecture roles
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or OSCP (or equivalent hands-on expertise)
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Advanced knowledge of network security, zero-trust models, and encryption protocols
- Proven experience with SIEM implementation (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Strong programming skills in Python or Go for security automation
- Experience leading security transformations in regulated industries (finance/healthcare)
