Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced security controls including SIEM, EDR, and cloud-native protections
- Lead incident response and forensic investigations for complex cyber threats
- Conduct security audits and compliance assessments (ISO 27001, NIST CSF)
- Develop automation scripts to enhance security operations efficiency
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct security awareness training
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in senior roles
- Certifications: CISSP, OSCP, or equivalent (SANS GIAC preferred)
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container orchestration
- Hands-on experience with threat hunting and MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
- Experience with security automation tools (Tenable, Qualys, Splunk)
