Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade security architectures (SIEM, EDR, Cloud Security)
- Lead incident response for critical security breaches
- Conduct advanced penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
- Mentor junior security engineers and develop team expertise
- Develop security automation frameworks using Python/Ansible
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Present security posture to executive stakeholders and CISOs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Certified CISSP, OSCP, or equivalent advanced certification
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security architecture and compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in threat hunting and SIEM correlation rules
- Experience with container security (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Strong background in secure SDLC and DevSecOps practices
- Excellent written/verbal communication for technical/non-technical audiences
