Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust network security infrastructure including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and zero-trust architectures
- Lead incident response and threat hunting operations using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct advanced penetration testing and vulnerability assessments for critical systems
- Develop security automation solutions using Python, Ansible, and Terraform
- Mentor junior security engineers and drive security awareness initiatives
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in security architecture roles
- Certified CISSP, OSCP, or equivalent advanced security certification
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and containerized environments
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) and infrastructure-as-code experience
- Proven track record in incident response and threat intelligence analysis
- Experience with compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR)
