Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive security architectures across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
- Lead incident response operations including threat hunting, forensic analysis, and containment protocols
- Develop and execute penetration testing strategies to identify and remediate vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior security engineers and conduct security awareness training
- Stay current with emerging threats and industry best practices to evolve security posture
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity with 5+ years in security architecture
- Certified CISSP, CISM, or OSCP required
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and zero-trust frameworks
- Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and compliance frameworks
- Experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Proven track record of leading security incident response
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to stakeholders
