Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade security architectures across cloud/on-prem environments
- Lead penetration testing and vulnerability assessments for critical systems
- Develop incident response protocols and conduct security drills
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor emerging threats and recommend proactive mitigation strategies
- Present security roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior security engineers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in security architecture roles
- Certified CISSP, CEH, or OSCP with active security clearances
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container orchestration
- Proven experience with SIEM implementation and threat hunting
- Strong background in regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, NIST)
- Advanced scripting capabilities (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience in security automation and orchestration tools
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex security transformation projects
