Responsibilities

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security into CI/CD pipelines
- Establish security metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity with focus on engineering and architecture
- Certified CISSP, CISM, or OSCP with demonstrable expertise in threat mitigation
- Proficiency in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerized environments
- Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Bash for security automation
- Deep understanding of compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2)
- Proven track record of leading security incident response teams
