Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native security architectures across AWS/Azure/GCP environments
- Lead incident response operations for high-severity breaches
- Develop offensive security strategies including penetration testing and red teaming
- Automate security workflows using Python and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through our Security Excellence Program
- Present security posture to CISOs and board members
- Contribute to open-source security tools and frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ in cloud security architecture
- Certified CISSP, CCSP, or OSCP with active SANS GIAC certifications
- Expertise in threat hunting, SIEM tuning, and EDR/XDR solutions
- Proven experience with zero-trust implementation and identity management
- Strong programming skills (Python, Go, or Rust)
- Ability to create executive-level security communications
- Background in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, or energy)
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
