Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust security architectures across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
- Lead incident response investigations and forensic analysis for security breaches
- Develop and maintain security automation frameworks using Python and DevSecOps practices
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments for critical systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security into CI/CD pipelines
- Establish and monitor security metrics using SIEM platforms like Splunk and Sentinel
- Maintain compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST frameworks
- Mentor junior security engineers and drive security awareness initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with 3+ years in security architecture
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and containerized environments (Kubernetes)
- Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, or OSCP) required
- Strong proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) and security automation tools
- Hands-on experience with threat detection, incident response, and forensics
- Deep understanding of compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
