Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain highly scalable multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices using Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Drive the automation of CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment cycles.
- Proactively monitor system performance, reliability, and security compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex production incidents.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote architectural design standards.
- Optimize cloud resource utilization to balance cost-efficiency and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in cloud engineering or DevOps roles.
- Deep expertise in AWS or GCP services (EC2, EKS, RDS, VPC, IAM).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Bash.
- Strong understanding of containerization technologies: Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
