Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust security architectures across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
- Lead threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing initiatives
- Develop security roadmaps aligned with business objectives and compliance requirements
- Mentor junior security engineers and foster a security-first culture
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security in SDLC processes
- Stay ahead of emerging threats and recommend cutting-edge security solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in cybersecurity with 5+ years in security architecture roles
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and zero-trust frameworks
- Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent (OSCP preferred)
- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale security controls
- Deep knowledge of compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2)
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex security concepts to stakeholders
