Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new accounts and expand existing relationships within the designated territory.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospecting and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and presentations to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Cultivate deep relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and identify expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and product features.
- Manage a robust pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
- Demonstrable history of exceeding sales quotas and targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience is highly preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently while adhering to company standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
