Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive merchandise plans aligned with sales targets and market trends
- Analyze sales data, inventory metrics, and consumer insights to optimize product assortment
- Lead visual merchandising teams to create compelling in-store displays that enhance brand storytelling
- Collaborate with buying teams on product selection, pricing strategies, and promotional calendars
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms for premium inventory

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, or related field with 5+ years luxury retail experience
- Proven track record in merchandise planning, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Expertise in retail analytics tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle Retail) and market trend forecasting
- Strong financial acumen with ability to interpret P&L statements and sales reports
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing high-performance teams
- Deep understanding of luxury consumer psychology and competitive landscape
