Qualifications
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in leading R&D projects and publishing high-impact research
- Expertise in CRISPR, next-gen sequencing, and bioinformatics analysis
- Strong project management skills with budget oversight experience
- Experience with GLP/GMP protocols and FDA regulatory processes
