Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and optimize advanced R&D experiments in nanomaterial synthesis and characterization
- Lead cross-functional teams to translate theoretical concepts into scalable prototypes

- Secure and manage intellectual property through patents and technical documentation

Qualifications
- PhD in Materials Science, Chemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in nanotechnology and advanced material development
- Expertise in analytical instrumentation (SEM, TEM, XRD, AFM)
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Publication record in high-impact journals
- Experience with technology transfer and commercialization processes
