Responsibilities
- Design and execute advanced in vitro and in vivo experiments to validate novel drug targets.
- Analyze large-scale genomic and proteomic datasets using Python and R to derive actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including bioinformaticians, clinicians, and regulatory affairs to accelerate the product pipeline.
- Lead the intellectual property strategy by documenting novel findings and preparing patent applications.
- Mentor and train junior researchers and lab technicians to foster a culture of excellence.
- Ensure strict adherence to GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in R&D.
- Strong publication record in high-impact scientific journals.
- Proficiency in molecular biology techniques (PCR, Western Blot, Flow Cytometry, CRISPR).
- Expertise in data analysis tools (Python, R, SQL) and bioinformatics software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting.
