Responsibilities
- Design and execute novel R&D experiments in molecular biology and neuroscience
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing gene therapy and neuroregenerative treatments
- Analyze complex genomic and proteomic datasets using advanced bioinformatics tools
- Author high-impact publications and patent applications
- Maintain compliance with FDA/ICH-GCP regulations and ISO standards
- Present findings at international scientific conferences and industry symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Neuroscience, Molecular Biology, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing and stem cell culture techniques
- Proven track record of translating research into clinical applications
- Strong statistical analysis skills (R, Python, or equivalent)
- Experience managing research budgets and resources
- Published in peer-reviewed journals with >10 citations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
