Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of complex research projects in deep learning and robotics.
- Develop novel machine learning models and algorithms to solve unsolved industry problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate research prototypes into scalable production systems.
- Publish high-impact research papers in leading conferences and journals (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).
- Mentor and guide junior researchers, PhD students, and data science interns.
- Conduct rigorous experiments, analyze data, and iterate on models to optimize performance.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D, preferably within a tech or industrial setting.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision.
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and statistics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
