Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models to optimize business KPIs
- Leverage big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) to process terabytes of structured/unstructured data
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster collaborative innovation
- Translate technical findings into strategic business recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python/R and SQL
- Expertise in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Strong statistical background with experimental design knowledge
- Proven track record of deploying production-level ML systems
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Excellent communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
