Responsibilities

- Model Development: Architect, train, and optimize complex machine learning models to solve ambiguous, real-world problems.
- Publish & Disseminate: Author and present high-quality research papers at top-tier conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and product teams to bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application.
- Mentorship: Guide junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Intellectual Property: Identify and secure patents for novel algorithms and technical methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of postdoctoral or industry experience in AI/ML research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; strong understanding of statistical analysis and large-scale data processing.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated track record of tackling difficult research problems and delivering innovative solutions.
- Programming: Strong coding practices with a focus on reproducibility and efficiency.
