Responsibilities
- Lead the design, execution, and analysis of complex experimental protocols in advanced materials.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to translate theoretical research into viable prototypes.
- Oversee the development of proprietary technologies and secure intellectual property rights.
- Present findings at international conferences and publish high-impact papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
- Manage laboratory budgets, resource allocation, and supply chain logistics for research projects.
- Supervise and mentor junior researchers, PhD candidates, and interns to foster a culture of scientific excellence.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industrial R&D experience.
- A proven track record of peer-reviewed publications and patent filings.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Python, R, MATLAB) and simulation software (e.g., COMSOL, ANSYS).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive projects from conception to completion.
- Fluency in English is required; German is a strong plus.
