Responsibilities
- Lead independent research initiatives in Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Design and implement novel algorithms that enhance model accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate research findings into scalable production software.
- Conduct rigorous data analysis and statistical modeling to validate hypotheses.
- Stay current with the latest academic literature and industry trends to drive continuous innovation.
- Present research findings and technical strategies to executive stakeholders and technical audiences.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (Master’s degree with 5+ years of industry experience is acceptable).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in research, data science, or a similar R&D environment.
- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other deep learning frameworks.
- Strong foundation in statistical methods, machine learning theory, and optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
