- Secure and manage research grants totaling $500K+

Qualifications
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of leading successful R&D projects
- Expertise in CRISPR, PCR, and next-generation sequencing technologies
- Strong publication record (minimum 10 peer-reviewed papers)
- Experience securing and managing federal grants (NIH, NSF)
- Advanced statistical analysis and data visualization skills
