Responsibilities
- Design and execute advanced quantum computing experiments with 99.9% precision
- Lead interdisciplinary teams to develop novel quantum algorithms and protocols
- Secure $2M+ in annual research funding through grant proposals
- Publish findings in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Translate theoretical research into practical applications
- Mentor PhD candidates and junior researchers
- Collaborate with MIT/Harvard on joint research initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering with 5+ years R&D experience
- Proven track record of 10+ peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in quantum mechanics and machine learning frameworks
