Qualifications
- PhD in Materials Science, Biotechnology, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact research and securing patents
- Expertise in advanced characterization techniques (SEM, TEM, XRD, NMR)
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and experimental design software
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
- Experience with regulatory compliance (FDA, EPA) and scale-up processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with scientific stakeholders
