Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end R&D projects from hypothesis generation through prototype development
- Design and execute complex experiments using advanced analytical techniques (HPLC, SEM, FTIR)

Qualifications
- PhD in Materials Science, Chemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
