Responsibilities
- Design and execute experimental protocols for novel drug discovery
- Lead interdisciplinary teams in translational research initiatives
- Develop and optimize analytical methodologies for biomarker identification
- Present research findings to internal stakeholders and external partners
- Drive patent applications and intellectual property strategy
- Mentor junior scientists and foster collaborative research culture
Qualifications
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field
- 5+ years of industry R&D experience in biotechnology
- Expertise in CRISPR, high-throughput screening, or proteomics
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency with statistical analysis and data visualization tools
- Experience managing research budgets and timelines
