Responsibilities
- Design and execute experimental protocols for novel material synthesis and characterization
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating theoretical concepts into scalable prototypes
- Document research findings through detailed technical reports and patent applications
- Stay abreast of emerging scientific literature and industry trends to inform R&D strategy
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for assigned research initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed research and securing patents
- Expertise in advanced analytical techniques (SEM, TEM, XRD, HPLC)
- Strong proficiency in experimental design, statistical analysis, and data interpretation
- Demonstrated ability to lead interdisciplinary projects from concept to commercialization
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Experience with FDA/ISO compliance in regulated research environments
