Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end R&D projects from conceptualization to functional prototyping.
- Design, develop, and test high-fidelity algorithms for autonomous navigation and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions into mechanical hardware.
- Conduct rigorous data analysis to validate performance metrics and identify iterative improvements.
- Publish white papers and represent the firm at top-tier global technical conferences.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in machine learning, sensor fusion, and robotics hardware.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in industrial R&D or advanced technology labs.
- Expert-level proficiency in C++ and Python, with a strong foundation in algorithm design.
- Demonstrated experience with ROS (Robot Operating System) and simulation tools like Gazebo or NVIDIA Isaac.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a history of delivering complex technical projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
