Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end R&D projects from conceptualization to prototyping and validation

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed research or developing commercialized technologies

- Strong background in quantum computing or autonomous systems preferred
- Proficient with Python, C++, and hardware-level programming (FPGA/ASIC experience a plus)
