Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct complex experimental research and development projects from concept to prototype.
- Design, implement, and test novel algorithms and systems using Python, C++, and MATLAB.
- Analyze large-scale datasets to derive actionable insights that drive product strategy.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and hardware engineers.
- Prepare and submit patent applications for novel technologies developed.
- Mentor junior R&D staff and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our R&D remains at the forefront.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related STEM field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D, research science, or a related technical role.
- Proven track record of publishing research papers or securing patents.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages (Python, C++, Java) and version control systems (Git).
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and statistical modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
