Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced nursing care to critically ill patients with cardiac conditions
- Lead rapid response teams during emergencies
- Mentor junior nurses through clinical rotations
- Collaborate with physicians to develop patient care plans
- Implement evidence-based practice protocols
- Manage electronic health records with precision
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- BSN or MSN in Nursing (MSN preferred)
- Current NY RN license
- 3+ years ICU experience with cardiac specialization
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and leadership skills
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Excellent communication abilities
