Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of critically ill patients in the ICU with high attention to detail.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including intensivists and specialists, to formulate patient care plans.
- Administer complex medications and monitor advanced life-support equipment.
- Maintain precise medical records in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Provide compassionate support and education to patients and their families during high-stress situations.
- Mentor junior nursing staff and participate in department-wide clinical training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in an ICU or Critical Care setting.
- BLS, ACLS, and CCRN certification required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred.
- Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and crisis management skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced medical environment.
