Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced critical care to patients in the ICU setting
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans with physicians and specialists
- Monitor and interpret patient vitals using advanced medical equipment
- Administer complex medications and emergency interventions
- Mentor junior nursing staff through clinical guidance
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols

Qualifications
- BSN degree with current RN license in Massachusetts
- Minimum 3 years ICU experience in Level 1 Trauma Center
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Expertise in ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
- Exceptional critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Demonstrated leadership in care coordination
- Strong proficiency with Epic EMR systems
