Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using React and Node.js tailored for real estate workflows.
- Integrate with third-party APIs, including MLS (Multiple Listing Service) providers and CRM systems, ensuring seamless data synchronization.
- Optimize database queries and application performance to handle high-traffic real estate data.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Implement robust security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, or Python.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Experience working within the Real Estate or PropTech domain is a strong plus.
