Responsibilities
- Conduct financial feasibility studies and ROI projections for commercial/residential properties ($10M+ portfolios)
- Analyze market trends, zoning laws, and demographic shifts to identify investment opportunities
- Develop sophisticated valuation models using Argus, Excel, and proprietary software
- Present investment recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven narratives
- Manage due diligence processes including property inspections, title reviews, and environmental assessments
- Collaborate with acquisition teams to structure optimal financing and partnership deals
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend strategic adjustments based on market volatility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years experience in commercial real estate investment analysis or brokerage
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Excel modeling, and market data platforms (CoStar, Reis)
- Proven track record of closed deals exceeding $50M in value
- Deep knowledge of NYC real estate regulations, tax incentives, and TIF districts
- Strong network of developers, lenders, and institutional investors
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Valid NYS Real Estate Salesperson license required
