Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex experimental protocols in molecular biology and cell culture
- Lead cross-functional research projects in therapeutic antibody development
- Analyze high-dimensional genomic data using machine learning techniques
- Document research outcomes and prepare patents and regulatory submissions
- Mentor junior scientists and optimize lab workflows for efficiency
- Present findings at international conferences and industry symposiums
- Collaborate with clinical teams to translate lab discoveries to patient applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in CRISPR gene editing and high-throughput screening platforms
- Proven track record of leading successful drug discovery programs
- Proficiency in Python/R for bioinformatics and statistical analysis
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals (Nature, Science, Cell)
- Experience with FDA regulatory processes and IND-enabling studies
- Demonstrated ability to secure and manage research grants
